The BIGHR Event 2023 brought together top HR leaders to discuss the importance of the CHRO-CEO relationship.

Our goal was to draw upon our shared knowledge and experience to come up with meaningful insights and practical solutions for the current challenges in HR.

The event was arranged in a roundtable format.

18 tables, each with 5-6 professionals, making for inclusive and well-rounded discussions. We spent 15 minutes on each topic, identifying the main challenges and brainstorming solutions. The main topics were:
