So as a senior HR partner, how the HR Mastermind group has benefited me and the organization, it's really benefited me, first and foremost, for the past, I've been with the organization for four years, since the inception. And I feel like I've grown tremendously over the course of this time. And I've stretched. I've definitely seen opportunities for growth, both personally and professionally.

How it's helped me translate that into my organization is just being able to be around other individuals that are going through either similar experiences or bring that true diversity of thought that is helping me to think differently and to show up differently and also think about how that would translate into my organization.

Terry Snodgrass:
So for someone that's considering joining HR Mastermind, I would say definitely, definitely join. It's been a fantastic opportunity for me. I've been with this journey since the beginning for four years, and it's allowed me to grow and develop in ways I never thought. And so it's definitely worth the risk, and you can't go wrong with just being around so many other individuals. You're going to get so much. You're going to learn so much. You'll get diversity of thought, and you'll be able to bring all of this back into your organization as well as help you grow personally.

So what role Mastermind has played in my success is, as I think back on my journey over the past four years with this group, it's allowed me to grow both personally and professionally and to new levels that I never thought. It's allowed me to think differently, and it's allowed me to bring new perspective, fresh perspective back to my organization.

So I've attended previous big HR events, and what has separated this from other events is I love the diversity of the TED Talk styles. And we're hearing different perspectives. We're getting different stories, different journeys, and no two journey and experience is the same. So there's so many nuggets and wisdom that I've been able to take away from today's session.
